Signature Jagyu™ Beef

Our standout Jagyu™ beef combines 100% full-blood Wagyu sire with pedigree Jersey cows. Raised on our fields, the beef is hung for a minimum of 28 days and butchered right here on the farm. Jagyu™ is 100% British-produced, beef-assured, fully traceable, and boasts low food miles. The result? Richly marbled meat with a unique and delicious flavor.

Remi, our on-site butcher, is passionate about high-quality, additive-free meat that tastes incredible. With over five years of experience, he’s mastered flavors to craft mouthwatering sausages, burgers, steaks, and more. Your feedback inspires Remi’s creations, many of which can be enjoyed in our cosy Workshop Kitchen.

A rustic and cozy atmosphere. The food here was very good, really flavourful and loads of vegetarian options also (we love to see it!). We all really enjoyed our food and the views of the countryside from where we were sat were quaint. We also explored the shop and butchers, which housed a selection of local goods fresh made items. There was also tasters of items available as a nice extra. Little detail I personally enjoyed was the pond in the centre of the courtyard, where I sat and watched the fish swim round and had a drink. Lovely place, definitely recommend going at least once .
