In celebration of National Eggs Benedict Day, our lovely chefs will be cooking up a range of benedicts from 9:00 am to 15:30 pm

• Eggs Benedict – The classic, with our House Ham Hock, Homemade Hollandaise and Poached Eggs on Sourdough toast
• Eggs Royale – Scottish Smoked Salmon, Homemade Hollandaise and Poached Eggs on Sourdough toast
• Eggs Florentine – Wilted Spinach, Homemade Hollandaise and Poached Eggs on Sourdough Toast
• Miso Pork Belly – Miso Glazed Pork Belly, Homemade Hollandaise sauce and Poached Eggs on Sourdough Toast
• Eggs Blanchard – House Ham Hock, Homemade Bechamel Sauce
• Drunken Peaches – Rum Soaked Peaches, Chantilly Cream & Honey on a Homemade Scone
• Caramel Cross – Homemade Hot Cross Bun, Clotted Cream Ice Cream & whipped Salted Caramel
