1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://franks.farm/ and any purchases, bookings, or services provided by Frank’s Farm (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or making a booking or purchase, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Frank’s Farm operates a food, retail and events venue offering products, courses, and experiences.

3. Orders and Bookings

3.1 Placing an order

Orders and bookings are made via our website using WooCommerce. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.2 Acceptance

Your order or booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3.3 Availability

All products, courses, and events are subject to availability. Descriptions, durations, and images on our website are for guidance only. We reserve the right to make changes to class/event content, timing, or instructors where necessary.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to purchase.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely via Dojo. Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated. We do not store your full card details.

5. Courses and Event Bookings

5.1 Attendance

You are responsible for attending at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in missed content or refusal of entry.

5.2 Participant Requirements

You must inform us when booking of any dietary requirements, allergies, or relevant medical conditions. While we will endeavour to substitute ingredients, we are not obliged to change a class for individual requirements. We cannot guarantee that premises and equipment are free from allergens and accept no liability for adverse reactions.

5.3 Behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refunds will be given in such cases.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Customer Cancellations (Courses/Events)

  • More than 14 days before: Full refund or reschedule

  • 7-14 days before: 50% refund or reschedule

  • Less than 7 days: No refund

Note: For bookings made with a gift voucher, no refund is issued; however, you may swap to another event of the same value or pay the difference for a more expensive class.

6.2 Non-attendance

Failure to attend will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

6.3 Our Cancellations

If we must cancel due to weather, illness, low attendance (less than 3), or events beyond our control, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative class. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred.

7. Online Purchases (Products)

7.1 Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt.

7.2 Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods (e.g., food), custom products, or services booked for specific dates (courses/events).

7.3 Returns

To request a return, contact paul@franks.farm. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

7.4 Faulty Items

Faulty or incorrect goods are eligible for refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by stock issues or third-party couriers.

9. Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid only for the specified period, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Private Events

Private bookings require written acceptance of our quote and a non-refundable 25% deposit. The balance is payable no later than 3 days before the event. Additional costs incurred will be invoiced after the event and are payable within 7 days.

11. Liability

We do not limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Participation in activities is at your own risk.

12. Website Use

We do not guarantee the website will be error-free or always available, and access may be suspended without notice.

13. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version will be available on our website.
